    Audit Report on Works Orders in the District of Moka
    Site visit effected with Mr. Caussyram, TO (E) on 8/11/24.
    Works Order E2310MK – Construction of footpath & footbridge along B50 Rd at Dagotière
    Works Order was issued to Safety Construction Co. Ltd for the sum of Rs.2,310,529.29 (VAT incl.)
    with start and intended completion dates being 23/10/23 and 15/3/24 respectively. The scope
    of works consisted inter-alia of lopping of branches; construction of about 120m of footpath and
    drain; and provision of about 20m of heavy-duty handrails. Works have been undertaken to
    improve road safety.
    Works have been delayed due to wayleave issues.
    Status: substantially completed

    carting away of construction debris.
    PCC not yet issued.

    Works Order E2311MK – Construction/Upgrading of footpath along B54 Rd at Petit Pacquet


    Works Order was issued to J.Dookhun and Sons Ltd for the sum of Rs.2,611,077.88 (VAT incl.)
    with start and intended completion dates being 8/12/23 and 29/3/24 respectively. The scope of
    works consisted inter-alia of approx 400m rehabilitation of existing drain with construction of
    new footpath; construction of masonry wall /boundary wall; and fixing of handrails. Works were
    delayed due to bad weather and wayleave issues.
    Status: works substantially completed on 20/9/24 as per contractor’s application for PCC.

    Mt Blanche
    Works Order was issued to J.Dookhun and Sons Ltd for the sum of Rs.6,016,507.11 (VAT incl.)
    with start and intended completion dates being 8/12/23 and 30/4/24 respectively. The scope of
    works consisted inter-alia of approx. 500m rehabilitation of existing drain with construction of
    new footpath; construction of masonry wall /boundary wall; lopping of branches; and fixing of
    handrails. Works were delayed due to bad weather; wayleave issues and relocation of services
    Status: works substantially completed on 18/6/24 as per contractor’s application for PCC.

    Works Order E2313MK – Construction of f/path & drain along B48 Rd at Hermitage
    Works Order was issued to SCCL Ltd for the sum of Rs.2,065,342.10 (VAT incl.) with start and
    intended completion dates being 8/12/23 and 31/3/24 respectively. The scope of works
    consisted inter-alia of construction of approx 200m of plain footpath with reconstruction of
    boundary wall where required. Works were delayed due to bad weather; wayleave issues and
    late clearance from Forestry Service.
    Status: works completed.
    Contractor has not applied for PCC yet.

    with start and intended completion dates being 8/12/23 and 30/4/24 respectively. The scope of
    works consisted inter-alia of about 400m of footpath & drain (absorption); construction of 50sqm
    of rendered blockwall; and relocation of services.

    works consisted of about 800m of milling and resurfacing.
