FINDINGS:
Liver: Normal in size, shape and outline density pattern.
No focal area of altered density is seen.

Portal region is normal.

Pancreas: Normal in size, shape & density pattern.


No focal area of altered density is seen.
No calcification or ductal dilatation is seen.
Gallbladder: Contracted
Spleen: Normal in size with normal density pattern.
No focal area of altered density seen.
Bowel & Mesentery: No obvious abnormality is seen in bowel and mesentery.
Retro peritoneum: Great vessels of the abdomen are normal.
No lymphadenopathy is seen.
Adrenals: Normal in size & attenuation.
Kidneys: Both kidneys are normal in size, shape, outline.
No focal area of altered density is seen.
No hydronephrosis, calculus or mass lesion is seen.
Ureter: Normal in course and caliber.
Urinary Bladder: Normal in size, shape, outline and distensibility.
Bladder wall is of normal thickness.
No intraluminal mass lesion is seen.
Bones & Soft Tissue:
33 x 22 mm soft tissue density mass in the anterior abdominal wall confined to sub
cutaenous plane in the RIF ? Granuloma ? Desmopalstic tumor ---Advice MRI for further
evaluation
Rest of Bones and soft tissue reveals no significant abnormality.
No free fluid is seen.
Uterus and Ovaries Unremarkable.
IMPRESSION:
33 x 22 mm soft tissue density mass in the anterior abdominal wall confined to sub
cutaenous plane in the RIF ? Granuloma ? Desmopalstic tumor ---Advice MRI for further
evaluation
