sp⁴ hybridization doesn't exist in standard chemical theory.

Hybridization typically involves

combinations of atomic orbitals to form new, equivalent orbitals that explain bonding. The
common hybridizations are sp (linear), sp² (trigonal planar), and sp³ (tetrahedral). Each involves
the mixing of two or more orbitals from the same atom.

If you meant sp³ hybridization (which is common), it describes an atom where one s orbital
mixes with three p orbitals to form four equivalent sp³ hybrid orbitals, like in methane (CH₄). But
sp⁴ is not a recognized hybridization state in conventional chemistry.
