    Business : In the result the accused is found guilty for the offence
    punishable 304-Part II of I.P.C. and consequently he is
    convicted U/Sec. 235 2 Cr.P.C. Accused is sentenced to
    undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of four 4
    years and pay fine of Rs.2000/- Rupees Two Thousand
    Only. In default of payment of fine amount he shall
    under go simple imprisonment for a period of six 6
    months. The M.Os.1 to 4 other non-valuable and un-
    marked property if any shall be destroyed after appeal
    time is over. Accused is informed of his right of appeal
    to Honble High Court. The remand period of the
    accused pending trial of the case shall be given set off
    U/Sec.428 Cr.P.C against the sentence of
    imprisonment.
