    A CIVIL WORKS:
    5 Providing and applying 12mm thick smooth plaster on existing window 500 Sft 50 25000
    jams and floor concrete internal walls with CM 1:4, including prewetting
    of walls, hacking wherever required, curing and necessary scaffolding,
    etc, complete in line and level, complete as directed.

    7 Providing and laying Double charge Vitrified tile polished finish of 2100 Sft 180 378000
    size 600mm x 600mm in floor (thickness to be specified by the
    manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to
    IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade,
    fixed on existing floor such as mosaic / Kota with cement based high
    polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS:
    15477,in average 3mm thickness. and jointing the 3mm spacer gap with
    epoxy grout mix etc. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel,
    plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber
    mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily (The basic rate of tiles is
    Rs.95/- per sqft excluding GST on purchase of tiles.). The cost of
    grouting the 3mm spacer gap with epoxy grout will be paid separately)

    8 Providing and laying Vitrified tile in skirting of ht 100mm with approved 70 Rmt 160 11200
    make and shade (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) fixed with
    CM 1:3, 12mm thick and joints finished with colour pigment to match
    the colour of the tiles etc. complete. Quoted rates include removal of
    existing skirting such as Mosaic / Marble etc. (The basic rate of tiles is Rs.80
    per Sqft (excluding GST on purchase of tiles).
    9 Providing and laying, Epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler 2500 Sft 20 50000
    of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg) for
    Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width
    including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of
    Engineer-in-charge for tile of size 600 x 600mm
    10 Providing and laying Atthangudi tile polished finish of size 300mm x 950 Sft 250 237500
    300mm in floor (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with
    water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS:15622, of approved
    brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, fixed on existing floor
    such as mosaic / Kota with cement based high polymer modified quick-set
    tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477,in average 3mm
    thickness. and jointing the 3mm spacer gap with epoxy grout mix etc.
