EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This employment contract is executed and entered by and between:

GDD NORTH BLOCK CORP. with business address at No 3 Illinois St Brgy Silangan Cubao Quezon
City herein referred to as the Employer and John Stephen Adlaon of legal age
with address at Blk 37 lot 26 Kisan Lu Subdivision Iponan, Cagayan De Oro City referred to as the Employee.

Employer is hereby employing the Employee with the designation of Marketing Executive under the
following terms and conditions:

1. That the employee shall be employed full time on probationary status for a period not to exceed six (6)
months commencing on October 14, 2024 and terminating on April 13, 2025 unless the Employee is
notified in writing on or before the latter date that his/her services will be continued and his/her name
transferred to the permanent payroll.

2. That you shall render full-time services to the business of the GDD North Block Corp. – Zamboanga branch
office thru the supervision of your Management Trainee.

3. That all Sales personnel is required to attend the weekly sales meeting as schedule by the employer at GDD
North Block Corp. Zamboanga Branch office located at 2nd Street Riverdale, Sta. Maria Zamboanga City on
which the employer reserves the right to change the schedule as it may deem necessary to meet operational
requirements.

4. That all Marketing Executives including Area Managers are required to update their Customer History
Record Book (CHRB) and submit Daily Report Sheet (DRS) every day.

5. That you will develop the profitable selling of the Oberon product line to all prospects in the territory
assigned to you. You will sell and service all your prospects on a 30-day call cycle with a sales quota of
Php150, 000.00 per month.

6. In consideration of the services rendered by you, the Company agrees to pay the following compensation
payable every 15th and end of the month subject to statutory deductions mandated by law:

a. Basic salary of Php 18,000.00 per month

7. The Company will approve to pay you 5% commission on top of your Basic salary.

8. Commissions are all payable only upon collection. All commission payments will be based on Net
Collections. Net collections are Gross Collection less VAT, Withholding Tax, Discount, Free Goods,
Returns, Transport Charges and Bonus Goods. All commissions will be released only on the 15th and end
of the following month from the Cut-Off Month.

9. Marketing executives and Area Managers will no longer receive any commissions from accounts that do
not pay within 181 days from date of invoice.

10.The Company may terminate the appointment for Just Cause by summary dismissal in writing. For the
purpose of this agreement ‘Just Cause’ shall mean:
a. Criminal conviction as determined by the Company to be material to the business
or reputation of the Company as described but not limited Personnel Handbook.
b. Misappropriation of funds or property of the Company.
c. Willful or grossly negligent mismanagement of the business and affairs of the
Company.
d. Your continued and substantial failure to fulfill your duties
e. Willful breach of any material provision of this agreement.

11. That the employee accepts the policy of the employer to review the performance of its employees
regularly. The employee further recognizes that failure to achieve a minimum of satisfactory performance
or failure to achieve sales quota shall be ground for termination.

12. In the event that the service of the employee is terminated by the employer, pursuant to law, during this
period of probationary employment, employee will be entitled only to collect only the wages up to the
end of working hours of the last day of actual service.

13. Upon the effective termination of this agreement for whatever for whatsoever reason, you shall promptly
surrender to the Company all books, documents, papers, materials, sales kit and other properties
belonging to the Company. The company will not approve payment on commission for uncollected sales
exceeding a month after termination.

14. All existing as well as future policies, rules and regulations issued by the employer are hereby deemed
incorporated within the contract. The employee recognizes that by signing this contract, he/she shall be
bound by all company policies, rules and regulations which employer may issue from time to time. The
employee acknowledges his/her duty and responsibility to be aware of the company policies, rules and
regulations of the employer regarding his/her employment and to fully comply with this.

15. The employee hereby recognizes the right of the employer to impose disciplinary measures or sanctions.

16. In the event of resignation, employee is required to serve a thirty (30) days notice to employer prior to the
effective date of resignation.

17. From the date on which you take this appointment until this agreement may be terminated and within two
(2) years after termination date, Employee agrees not to be employed or engaged by a direct competitor
whether as proprietor, officer, employee or in any other capacity of hold interest.

18. During the term of the contract and even after termination, employee shall not divulge either directly or
indirectly any confidential information or other non-public proprietary of the Company to any person and
agrees to maintain confidential.

19. The employee certifies that all information presented to the employer is true and correct and that any false
information made by the employee shall constitute this agreement to be null and void and that the
employee shall be immediately dismissed.

20. The Company may terminate this agreement by giving at least seven (7) days notice, without any
obligation to give written reason for such decision.

In written whereof, the parties hereto have executed this agreement as of the date of appointment.
