Sports Day

Last month, Ahmad’s school had its sports day in the school field. Everyone was busy
preparing before the sports day. The canopy was well prepared with many banners and beautiful
balloons.

On the big day, the first activity was the march-past. All the teams held their banners and
walked in front of the big canopy. There were many activities in the sports day, like high jumps,
long jumps, and relay races. Ahmad and his teammates practiced very hard for this day.

During the race, all runners ran as fast as they could. Ahmad and his teammates were doing
well. They passed the rod without any problems, and the other pupils shouted for them. In the end,
Ahmad’s team won first place.

The sports day ended with prize giving programme. Ahmad and his friends were so happy
when they received their prize from the headmistress. They were very happy. It was a fun day for
Ahmad because his work had been worked well.
