    PROCEDURE TEST HYDROSTATIC

    I OBJECTIVE
    To test the hydraulic cylinder leakage
    To test the hydraulic and connection part for specified pressure

    II REQUIREMENT
    Tools ( for fit and connect equipment for hydraulic cylinder)
    Test equipment ( manual hydrostatic pump )
    Pressure Gauge ( range 0 - 400 )
    Oil
    Timer ( Stop Wacth )

    III PROCEDURE

    A. Hydraulic
    1 Prepare hydraulic cylinder that will be tested.
    2 Prepare test equipment.
    ~ Oil
    ~ Pressure Gauge
    ~ Stop Watch ( Timer )
    ~ Manual Hydrostatic Pump
    ~ Nipples
    3 Close every outlet nipple.
    4 Full fill the hydraulic cylinder with oil.
    5 Check for a few seconds , If Leakage appear ( before pressure applied ).
    6 Pump the tank with Hydrostatic Pump, Until Pressure gauge point specified pressure.
    M A W P is 170 Kg/Cm2g, And Test Pressure is 250 Kg/Cm2g.
    7 Hold pressure for 10 minutes.
    8 Check every minutes, if leakage.
    9 If there are no leakage, it means good. If there are damages repair them and re-test.
    10 If there are no leakage, Go down pressure until 0 Kg/Cm2g.
