2. Please note that this call letter for interview does not constitute an offer of engagement. You are being called for the interview per se does not
imply that your eligibility for the position is accepted by the Bank. Before coming for the interview, please ensure that you fulfill requisite
eligibility criteria as mentioned in our advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2024-25/15. In case you are not able to produce original documents,
supporting your eligibility, at the time of interview, you will neither be allowed to appear for the Interview nor be reimbursed any travelling
expenses.
3. The final selection will be based on the performance in the Professional Knowledge test and Interview. Interview carries 30% weightage.
4. Please download and completely fill the Bio-Data cum Attestation form (no column should be left blank) which is available on SBI Careers
Website https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers under the link “Recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers on Regular Basis-
Advertisement No: CRPD/SCO/2024-25/15”. Please take Two photocopies of the completely filled Bio-Data form, paste your recent photograph
at the space provided on all the Three forms and place your signature across the photographs so that it covers partly the photograph and the
bio-data forms. One set of self-attested photocopies of required certificates should be attached with the original Bio-Data form. The original Bio-
Data form and its Two copies have to be submitted at the time of reporting for the interview. Please note that you will not be permitted to
participate in Interview unless you submit completed Bio-Data form, with a complete set of copies of certificates at the time of reporting for
Interview. All the particulars furnished by you in your Bio-Data cum attestation form as well as your eligibility for the captioned post will be
verified with original documents.
5. The candidates must bring one original photo identity proof such as PAN Card/Passport/Permanent Driving Licence/Voter’s Card with
photograph/ Bank Passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead/Aadhar/E-Aadhar Card
with a photograph/, as well as a self-attested Photocopy thereof. The photocopy of Identity proof should be submitted along with call letter to
the verification official at Interview venue, failing which or if identity of candidates is in doubt, the candidate will not be permitted to appear
for the Interview.
6. Photograph captured at the time of online examination will be verified. You are advised not to change your appearance till the process is
completed. IRIS captured at the time of online examination will be verified. Decision of the IRIS verification with regard to its status (matched or
mismatched) shall be final and binding upon the candidates. Refusal to participate in the process of IRIS verification on any occasion may lead
to cancellation of candidature. With regards to the same, please note that candidates should remove Contact Lenses and Spectacles while
verifying IRIS. Candidates are advised to avoid wearing contact lenses and prefer spectacles.
7. Please bring the following original documents, certificates and marks sheets for verification at the time of Interview with
one set of self-attested photocopies thereof:
a) Bio-Data cum Attestation forms as mentioned under point No.4 (3 Sets).
b) Brief Resume (3 Sets)
c) Call Letter
d) Identity Proof as mentioned under Point No.5.
e) Proof of age (School Leaving Certificate or any other acceptable document).
f) Basic qualification Marks Sheets & Certificate as mentioned in the advertisement.
g) Marks sheets / Certificates for Other Qualification / Preferred Certifications (if any).
h) In case of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates - the Caste/ Tribe certificates issued by the Competent Authority on format
prescribed by the Government of India for the purpose, under the seal of the office.
i) In case of OBC candidates – the OBC Certificate on the format prescribed by Government of India (GOI) and issued by the Competent
Authority, during the period 01.04.2024 to date of interview inter-alia specifically stating that the OBC candidate does not belong to the
socially advanced sections excluded from the benefits of reservations for OBC’s in civil posts and services under the ‘CREAMY LAYER’
clause of GOI. In terms of recent GOI guidelines, the candidate will also be required to sign a declaration to the effect that he/ she does not
belong to the ‘Creamy Layer’ for availing reservation under OBC category on the prescribed format at the time of interview.(The OBC, for the
purpose of reservation, would comprise of castes & communities that are common to both Central Govt. & State Govt. lists.)
j) EWS candidates are required to produce an ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ issued by a competent authority on a format prescribed by
Government of India for the relevant financial year 2023-24 and valid for the year 2024-25.
k) PwBD Certificate (if applicable). The certificate should be dated on or before last date of registration of online application i.e. 14.10.2024.
l) Service Certificate(s)/Experience Certificate in respect of present/ previous employment(s) (if applicable).
m) NOC from present employer, if applicable.
n) Character Certificates issued by any two of the following:
(a) Head of the School/ College last attended
(b) Gazetted Officer
(c) Previous/ present employer, if any
8. Persons in the service of Government/ Quasi Govt./Public Sector Undertakings including Nationalized Banks / PSBs & Financial Institutions,
have to submit a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of appearing for the Interview, failing which their candidature may
not be considered and travelling expenses, if any, will not be paid. It should be further noted that in case you are selected, you should produce a
proper discharge certificate from your employer at the time of taking up your appointment.
9. Outstation candidates will be reimbursed Air Fare up to Rs. 10,000 (Total for both sides or actual fare whichever is lower) or actual expenses
travelled by other modes, (whichever is less) by the shortest route in India from the place of residence (i. e. address furnished in the application)
or from the place of present posting, (whichever is less), to the place of interview and back. Please note that no travelling expenses will be
reimbursed to you unless the original/ photocopy of tickets are produced for our verification and record. Further, it will also be necessary for the
candidate, who is in service, to produce an undertaking to the effect that he/ she has not claimed the travelling expenses from his/ her present
employer under HTC/ LFC or any other facility for his/ her visit. No charges will be reimbursed for local conveyance (at home / interview place).
In absence of production of valid essential certificates, the candidate will not be permitted to appear for Interview of the recruitment exercise
and no travelling expenses will be paid.
10. Please note that in case at any stage of selection, and even after appointment, it comes to the Bank’s notice that you do not/ did not possess
the requisite qualification and/ or you do not/ did not fulfill the eligibility criteria as given in the advertisement CRPD/SCO/2024-25/15, your
candidature will be liable to be rejected. Further, in case it is noticed that you have furnished any incorrect/ false information or suppressed any
material fact(s), your candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/ are detected even after appointment, your services are
liable to be terminated.
11. Please note that requests for rescheduling of date for appearing for the Interview will not be entertained under any circumstances. Please note
that NO HARD COPY for intimation / call letter for interview will be sent.
12. The Bank will not be responsible for any delay caused by transport services, etc.
