    We have been appointed by our principals to supervise above detailed loading / discharging operation and we would like
    to bring your attention to following observations;

    In order to protect the vessel's cargo from damages due to rain and snow, we recommend you to close cargo hold's hatch
    covers as quickly as possible.
    In case there will be ascertained cargo damage due to rain cause by not closing the hatch covers before rain, we must, on
    behalf of our principals, hold you responsible for that fact.
    We recommend you to keep watching weather conditions in order to act accordingly.

    We, “Cotecna Inspection S.A.” / Turkey, as a First Class Superintendent Inspection Company, by representing and on behalf
    of our principals, we hold you responsible for the above detailed facts and/or any other inconveniences and losses may
    result from the above.
    This letter is issued without prejudice to the rights and privileges of any/all parties concerned.
