GENERAL SURGERY

1) A 25 years old young man presented to the accident and


Emergency unit with a one week history of abdominal pain
which started from the umbilicus and later migrated to the right
iliac fossa. He has been severely nauseated and has been
vomiting. On examination, the surgical registrar noted that he
was febrile and has a mass in the right iliac fossa which was
very tender.
