JOB PURPOSE
Aligned with the BRAC Youth Platform and BRAC's strategic goals, the individual will oversee the development of suitable
facilitators to ensure the delivery of high-quality education focused on 21st-century soft skills in both Creative Clubs and
the Amra Notun Network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop facilitation skills of BRAC Youth Platform (BYP) for all the stakeholders (facilitators, moderators, students)
and assessment system in alignment with programme, national and global demands and standards through innovative
approaches
• Collate learning material and planning activities to train stakeholders (facilitators, moderators, students) for BYP’s
different projects for better service delivery through innovative supportive supervision
• Analyse effectiveness and assess calculating progress in the training program, developed materials, teaching methods
by analysing test data, research findings, impact studies, school visits and feedback from management staff to identify
changing needs
• Carry out intense field observation regularly to determine the real portrait of the programme quality and also to give
required feedback directly to the relevant team, and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality education
system is functioning properly
• Develop and deliver program training that meets the organization’s needs and its strategic goals
• Support in report writing, preparing necessary documents, managing resources to run operational activities of BYP
• Determine evaluation criteria for each training and analyse the data also conduct online and offline training and provide
manuals, guidelines
• Follow up with trainees, training institutions, partners after each training to collect feedback
• Review program training mechanisms three times a year to reflect any changes
• Manage, create and maintain setup documentation for compliance and accreditation purposes for all programs delivered
by BYP
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the safety of team members and project participants from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation
to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and
expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation
of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Graduation in any discipline. (Preferably in Science/Social Science/Business/Education/ Arts/ Fine Arts)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field. Experienced in facilitation or adolescents and youth-centered
activities will get the preference.
