    COMPLAINT AGAINST PHYSICAL ASSULT AND INAPPOPRIATE TOUCH BY


    STUDENTS/STUDENT

    Ma’am,

    1. This is to inform you that my son Lahdup Lama studying in Class VIII C at your
    school was physically assaulted by some students of NCC on 09 Jan 2023 namely by

    (a) Raj Mishra (Class VIII)


    (b) Ashwin (Class VIII)
    (c ) Varymash (Class VIII)
    (d) and others whose identity could not been established as they had mask on them.

    2. It is pertinent to mention that Varymash (Class VIII) touched my son inappropriately.

    3. My son has been warned of dire consequence if he does not join the gp.

    4. We have time and again informed your teacher and CTO Mr Ujjal about the growing
    indiscipline in NCC as evident from their behavior. We had apprised the Vice Principal in the
    unorganized trg schedule of NCC (Boys) – which has resulted into bunking of class on the
    pretext of NCC.

    5. You are requested to kindly take strict action as Physical Assault and Inappropriate
    Touch cannot be expected at our school.
