List of candidates for Document Verification (Replacement) and Medical Examination


for the posts of Level-5, Level-3 & Level-2

1. Candidates bearing the following Roll Numbers have been provisionally shortlisted down
from the merit list and scheduled for Document Verification and Medical Examination
for Replacement Panels of candidates for the posts of Level-5, Level-3 and Level-2.
2. The Document Verification is scheduled on 20.01.2025 with block date on 03.02.2025 at
Railway Recruitment Board, Ranchi and the reporting time is 09:30 hrs.
3. SMS/email alerts are being sent to candidates’ registered mobile/email ID for
downloading their e-call letter from RRB’s website.
4. Candidates are advised to read the detailed instructions given in the DV e-call letter
carefully and bring all the required certificates/documents in original.
5. The candidates called for DV should produce all the original documents alongwith two set
of photo copies in A4 size paper as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter issued for DV.
6. Those candidates called for DV may note that after completion of DV, they will be sent for
Medical Examination at the nominated Railway Hospitals located in the jurisdiction of
concerned RRB subsequent to the DV. The candidates are required to come prepared to
stay for four to five days accordingly. Candidates have to pay the prescribed medical fee
of Rs. 24/- only. Accordingly, candidates have to come prepared for DV and Medical
Examination.
7. Candidates are advised to bring Six (6) passport size colour photographs not more than
one month old. Candidates will also bring Candidate’s foil of e-call letter of CBT 1, CBT 2
& CBTST wherever applicable.
8. In case of variation in spelling in name/father’s name in the online application and
original certificates/documents, on the date of verification, candidates are required to
submit relevant affidavit executed before Magistrate or Notary on required stamp papers
stating that the referred person in certificate(s) is one & same.
9. No additional time will be given to the candidates who fail to produce their original
certificates/relevant affidavit on the scheduled date of DV and the candidature of such
candidates is liable to be forfeited / cancelled.
10. Block date for Document Verification for absentee candidates is 03.02.2025. It must be
noted that failure to report for the Document Verification on the scheduled date will
tantamount to rejection of candidature unless it is supported by documentary evidence
that the candidate had to appear in a University/Government examination or due to
sickness of the candidate. No other reason for absence will be considered. No fresh e-
call letter will be issued for block date.
11. The candidature of all the shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and is liable to be
cancelled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case of any
inconsistency/deficiency/discrepancy detected in the information furnished by them in
their online application or any malpractice on their part coming to the notice at any stage
of the recruitment process or thereafter.
12. It is to be noted that merely shortlisting or calling a candidate for Document
Verification/Medical Examination does not entitle him/her in any way to an appointment
in the Railways.
13. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, RRB reserves the right to rectify
any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistake etc. RRB regrets the inability to
entertain any correspondence on this account from the candidates.

Important: Beware of the touts who may misguide the candidates with false promise of
getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in the
RRB exams is fully computerized and the selection is based on merit of candidates only.
