RESPOSIBILITIES IN PRE CONTRACT
Quantity takes off for all Civil & MEP elements based on specifications and drawings.
I specialize in measuring construction work, both on-site and from drawings, to ensure
accurate project assessments.
Supporting the preparation and submission of Monthly Interim Payment Applications (IPA)
with detailed backup.
Coordinating joint measurements with subcontractors to verify the actual work completed
on-site under supervision.
Assisting in reviewing subcontractor invoices and contributing to the preparation of payment
certificates for subcontractors, suppliers, and manpower suppliers based on completed work.
Assisting in monitoring and evaluating additional works and cost variations, learning from
experienced team members.
Aiding in certifying material on-site payments with guidance from senior staff.
Assisting in the management of bonds, insurance, and guarantee logs under the supervision of
senior team members.
RESPOSIBILITIES IN POST CONTRACT
Evaluate invoices, prepare payment certificates, and recommend payments.

Generate Bills of Quantity in compliance with POMI.
Prepare Interim Payment Application with all Supportive Documents Collaborating with the
planning team and construction team.
Take off for Material Order based on Drawings.
Monitor the actual and BOQ unit costs for every item.
Prepare Action Plan and Weekly Progress Report.
Prepare variation order and Day Works.
Prepare and Market Rates Review for Rate Analysis / Rate Break down Structure to the new
rate Build-Up for New Items.
Submit cost proposals for variation and Day works according to and contract.
Preparing RFIs for consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing data.
Maintain Logs for Queries, Material Invoice, Claims and Variation.
Cost enquiries and Prepare Comparisons to suppliers’ and sub‐contractors’ Cost Proposals.
Sub-contractor management (Rate negotiation, Agreement work and payments).
Monitoring and Recording Site activities and Subcontractor Work Done.
Develop and Maintain Excellent Working Relationships among Clients, Consultants,
Subcontractors and Suppliers.
Ensure timely work measurement, billing, certification, and collection.
