DATE: 16/12/2024
We are pleased to inform you that His Holiness Pope Raphael is doing much better health-wise
and is in good spirits. We thank God for His mercy and the prayers of the faithfuls that have
contributed to his full recovery.
In light of this, we are excited to announce that The Holy Father will be joining us for the
Christmas Celebrations at Effesso Nzoia this year. He will be traveling with his team of doctors,
who have been assigned by the Aga Khan Hospital for close monitoring of his health during the
visit. This measure has been put in place to ensure his well-being while he interacts with church
members.
For those who wish to meet The Holy Father during his visit, please take note of the following:
1. Designated Meeting Times: His doctors will assign specific times for those who wish to
meet him. These times will be communicated in advance.
3. Gift Presentation: The Holy Father will graciously accept/receive gifts and goodwill
messages during this visit. Your kind gestures of love and support will be greatly
appreciated.
Special Mass on December 25th
We are also honored to announce that His Holiness Pope Raphael will serve as the Celebrant of
the Christmas Mass on December 25th Day time. This will be a momentous occasion for all of
us, and we encourage all members of the church to attend this special Mass as we celebrate the
birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We would also like to clarify that there are no plans for ordinations or promotions at Effesso
Nzoia at this time. Additionally, any rumors regarding transfers are misleading and not credible.
Effesso Nzoia will continue to be a sacred space dedicated exclusively to prayer. We encourage
all members of the church to come in large numbers and seek blessings from Mama Maria.
Please find attached the detailed program for the Christmas celebrations. We look forward to
celebrating this blessed occasion together as a community of faith.
May the Lord continue to bless you, and we thank you for your prayers and continued support.
