Designated as a Systems Trainee for 6 months and underwent training in JAVA stream in Infosys Technologies Ltd, Mysore. Designated as a Systems Engineer for 1 year in Infosys Technologies Ltd, Hyderabad. Actively involved in various stages of Software Development Life Cycle of Charming Shoppes, Inc. (CSI) project with 8 months under Development phase and 4 months under Maintenance phase. Also associated with another project for the HRO platform namely HUDSON, 3 months of support as of now. Currently working under the same.

Project Description: The scope of the project is to implement Oracles PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management 9.0, providing innovative HR outsourcing solutions to CSI. It consists of four modules- Time and Labour, Benefits, Payroll and Core HR. Customizations, interfaces, reports and data conversion are the four tracks in which the implementation is done. It is a company that develops clothes for over-sized people in US. Roles and Responsibilities: Development Phase: I worked as a developer under the area of PS technical delivery- Interfaces on the modules- Time and Labour, Benefits, Payroll and Core HR. My responsibilities include technical design, build and unit testing. I developed the POS to PS Interafce that stores punch In and out times for the employees in CSI using application engine programs and peoplecode. I also worked on Interfaces to send the list of terminated employees for a vendor of CSI. Also developed an interface that generates the list of employees and their data those who are enrolled in some designated benefit plan. One interface was their that fetches all terminated employees for a vendor of CSI(Figi). There was PGP encryptions also that I have done for all the output files generated for respective interfaces. Maintenance phase: I worked on issue analysis and resolution in the modules- Time and Labour, Benefits and Core HR, basically involving customizations in pages, components and application engine programs. I also worked on change requests in Time and Labour and Benefits.

Customizations, interfaces, reports and data conversion are the four tracks in which the implementation is done. This is a global staffing and recruiting company that recruits employees for other companies. Roles and Responsibilities: Maintenance phase: I worked on issue analysis and resolution in the modules- Time and Labour, Global Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR, basically involving interfaces and modification in pages, components and application engine programs. I also worked on change requests in Time and Labour and Global Payroll. My main area for the support track is Interfaces but worked on technical issues related to Global Payroll , Core HR ,etc. There were some new functionality that they require in terms of Global Payroll Reports that I have developed.

Passed Senior Secondary School Examination from CBSE in 2005 with 1st Division Passed Secondary School Examination from CBSE in 2003 with 1st Division B-Tech from GPMCE College in 2009 with 78.30%
Summer Training:
Underwent a 6 week summer training in Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL),New Delhi. Underwent a 6 week summer training in Computer Maintenance Corporation (CMC), New Delhi.
Projects:
Designed a AXE-10 Switches project during the 6 week training period in MTNL. Designed a Conference Room Booking project during the 6 week training period in CMC.
Achievements/Co-curricular Activities:
Participated in 4th NITAT Aptitude Test in 2008 & stood in Top 7% of the participants. Participated in the inter school cricket competition held at the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Moolchand in 2004. Participated in various inter class and inter house competions including quiz,computers .
