Role: Software Engineer

The Product: Encora's domain consultants and technology practitioners help clients drive innovation ideation and

lifecycle including ideation, product design, business and technology strategy and more

Key Assist in Application Development: Contribute to the design, development, testing, anddeployment
Responsibilities: of Java-based applications under the guidance of senior developers.
Debug and Troubleshoot Code: Identify and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance issues.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other developers, designers, and product
managers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Code Documentation: Document code and development processes to ensure clarity and future
usability.
Participate in Code Reviews: Review peer code for quality, consistency, and functionality while
providing constructive feedback.
• Learn and Adapt: Stay updated with new trends and technologies in Java and software
development.
Qualification Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication, Software
Engineering, or related field (orequivalent practical experience).
Experience: Internship experience or coursework in Java programming/.net programming.
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java/.Net, with an understanding of object-oriented programming


(OOP)principles.
• Desire to work as backend developer & tester
• Application programming with Kafka.
• Front -End Framework such as react/Angular is an added advantage
• Strong passion for coding, debugging, learning new areas like z/OS.
• Excellent communication skills
