Reflection

The bar visit we did on our time in Bartending give me an insight about
the actual set up of bartending. There are many different types of alcohol in
their shelves. The atmosphere of the place is totally for the party goers. The
place is dark with a colorful dancing light. There is a small stage where the
band or the singer’s will going to perform. There is a one bartender in the bar
where he is the one who will make a drinks for the customers.

But as I observed they didn’t use a appropriate glass for our drinks.
They just using a normal glass where is not suppose to be. We order tower
drink. The tower drink is supposed to be a cocktail so we expected that we
are using a cocktail glass but they let us use a highball glass. I though this is
just some mistakes then I ask the bartender if this sort of mistakes but he said
that this just a regular things in their bar. So because of this I take it in my
mind that they didn’t doing a proper etiquette of bartending.
Also in this bar there is a pick-a pick-a (pulutan) food on their menu.
Because this is a restobar set-up there is a breakfast meal on their menu.
They also have appetizers on their menu. They also have main menu where
they have beef, pork and seafood. If you want a rice meal they can offer it too.
They can also offer a desserts. The price range on the menus are 100 pesos
to 300 pesos. Over all the bar is good for the beginner I think and good for the
tight budget
