Commercial Prospect Modelling

• Objective-Here client want to know the probability of its prospects to get


onboarded from different segments and different funding type.

• In it a classification model was developed on the existing members of the


commercial plan, and after selecting the best model, prospects were
scored, and the probabilities were sent to the marketing team.

• Algorithms used-Logistic regression, SVM, Random Forest classifier.

• Accuracy metrics used - Accuracy score, Precision and Recall.

Insurance Cost Prediction


• Objective-The objective is that client wants to develop a product in medical
insurance and for which predicting an insurance cost is a must.

• In it, a regression model is built on the past data and the result were
validated on the test set and validation set.

• The best model was selected after comparing the results with the base line
model.

• Random forest regressor performed the best among other models.

• Algorithms used-Linear regression, Decision tree regressor and Random


forest regressor.

• Accuracy metrics used - R-squared, Adjusted R-squared, Mean absolute


error.

Federal Prospects Modelling


• Objective-Here the clients want to know the probabilities of its prospects to
get onboarded in the federal plan.

• In it a classification model was developed on the existing members of the


federal plan, and after selecting the best model, prospects were scored and
the probabilities were sent to the marketing team for further steps.

Revenue Growth Management for the Coca Cola Company


• Objective- Client want to analyse the impact on sales if they increase the
price of their product.

• Analyzed past two years of market data and build methodologies like
switching of two products, churn rate etc.
• Conducted primary research with buyers of different countries for various
soft drinks and hence developed and presented data insights to
management that was used for model development.

• Created multiple dummy variables for Data Modeling according to


requirement and build purchase tree using Decision Tree algorithm for
analyzing the purchasing behavior of customers in particular market.

that used to analyze the purchasing behavior of customers in different
market.
