    will stick to the schedule at all time. I will co-operate with my fellow students and will obey to the
    instructions of the faculty members. On no account, I will deviate from the purpose of the visit, and will
    not indulge in any unlawful activities. I, on my part, will behave myself in a highly disciplined and decent
    manner. If any untoward incident/accident happens, I will be fully responsible and will not claim
    anything from the college.
    If I am found guilty of misconduct or any other activities, I shall abide by the action that may be
    initiated against me by the College.

    During the visit, he/she will maintain good code of conduct and will obey to the instructions of
    the authorities.
    In the event of any failure on his/her part, I shall abide by the decision taken by the College. If,
    despite the best precautions taken by the college, any mishap takes place during the visit namely
    accident / injury or whatever mishaps, we will not hold the institute or faculty members responsible in
    any manner. The college will not be responsible for any mishap during the industrial visit. We, as,
    parents, express our willingness to abide by the terms and conditions laid down by the college. We, as
