Mutton Chukka

Ingredients:

- 500g mutton (boneless, cubed)

- 2 large onions (finely sliced)

- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 2 tbsp red chili powder

- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- 2 tsp garam masala

- 1 tbsp coriander powder

- 2 tbsp oil

- 1 sprig curry leaves

- Salt to taste

- Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

1. Pressure cook the mutton with salt, turmeric, and water for 3 whistles. Keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and onions, and sauté until golden brown.

3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until aromatic.

4. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, and cooked mutton. Mix well.

5. Sprinkle garam masala and cook until the mutton is dry and coated with the masala.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
