Job Type:

Contractual (6 months), with potential for permanent employment based on performance

Salary:

₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Back Office Executive:

o Managing and organizing back-office operations to ensure smooth workflow.

o Handling data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.

o Supporting administrative tasks and assisting in day-to-day operations.

o Communicating with various departments to streamline operations.

2. SaaS Account Manager:

o Managing and growing relationships with existing SaaS clients.

o Overseeing account activity, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any


issues.

o Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

o Handling client communication and providing product knowledge to clients.

3. Customer Support Executive:

o Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.

o Resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely manner.

o Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.

o Assisting customers in troubleshooting and product/service usage.


Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Ability to manage and handle data effectively.

• Eagerness to learn new processes and take on challenges.

• Prior experience in similar roles is an added advantage.

Selection Process:

• Initial Screening: Candidates will undergo an initial screening based on their resumes
and application.

• Personal Interviews (PIs): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for personal


interviews to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.

• Further Assessments (if applicable): Additional tests or tasks may be included


depending on the position.

Service Agreement:

• Contract Duration: 6-month contract.

• Post-Probation: After successful completion of the probation period, performance


will be reviewed for permanent employment consideration.
