Terms and Conditions

1. As per the guidelines, we allow only 15 mistakes in the whole project (all pages). If your work contains 15
or less mistakes only then you will receive payment.

1. Below 15 mistakes you will get full payment, above 7 and below 15 you will get half payment.

1. Security fees is only refundable with first payment (when number of mistakes are below 7). If you cross
the mistake criteria (more than 15 mistakes in the whole project) then your whole payment and your
security fees will be deducted and no work will be provided

1. Project will not be accepted if You don’t follow and mentioned in page no 3 Otherwise project will be
rejected.

1. Don’t submit incomplete work, it will directly get rejected.


2. The files should be in the notepad instructed by work provider or by mail.
3. If File name of the converted NOTEPAD file doesn’t match with the corresponding image file name.
4. If work is not submitted before deadline.
5. If any third-party software used.
6. The zip folder name should be same as you received in mail.
7. File should be in zip format not in rar format.

TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOTEPAD

Respective member is required to make individual notepad files for every images file.
Everything should be typed with left alignment
€, £ should be types as E, “$ should be typed as S.
If a word is wrong in the IMAGE file, then the same should be done in text file.
If a line ends in IMAGE file, then the same should be done in text file.
Each word has single space between two words.
(Don’t give any space on left side or at the end of line when) otherwise it will count in mistake also don’t
keep extra line on top of the notepad or at the bottom of it otherwise it will count in mistakes.
If File name of the converted NOTEPAD file doesn’t match with the corresponding image file name.
If the work is typed continually without pressing any enter key for next line same as in image. And any
extra space found anywhere it will count in mistakes.
If the converted file is not in .txt format or any other extension files found.

Example: - while saving file in notepad, suppose your file name is FYYFY.jpg then it should be saved as
FYYFY.txt
