    In connection with above subject matter, outstanding electric bills for both the offices from
    July’2017 to September 2024 received by this office vide your letter no. u/r , this is to intimate you that
    the outstanding dues are under process & it will be paid in course of time if found any unpaid after due
    verification from account office.
    In this regard, you are requested to restore the electric connection for the above mentioned
    offices at the earliest for the interest of public services.
