Students’ Reflection:

Summary

For this lesson, the students learned to describe places using interrogative
sentences. Today's lesson was conducted according to the recommended skill
(writing and speaking). All of the students were actively involved in today’s
learning and teaching. Students fully achieved today’s learning objective.
Although today’s teaching is more focused on writing and grammar, students are
able to appreciate the element of joy throughout the learning period.

Strength:

I managed to bring students ’imaginations to holiday destinations they like

and at the same time be able to apply today’s lesson successfully. All the
students understood the structure of the sentence and wrote the correct
sentence to describe a place.

Weakness:

The only thing I felt not so satisfied with was, I was not able to finish my
teaching on time. I have taken 5 more minutes to finish my lesson today. This is
because today’s activities focused on writing and I took too much time to check
the students ’answers immediately. So that they don’t repeat the same mistakes
in the next activities.

Follow-up action:

If I were to do this lesson again, I would manage my time wisely and

conduct the activities on the time given. Otherwise, I feel as though this was a
fun, interactive lesson for the students.
