    Dear Barangay Damutan Council,

    I hope this letter finds you well. We are excited to extend an


    invitation to the upcoming Field Demonstration and Christmas
    Revelry/Family Day of Magsaysay Integrated School with the theme:
    “Hugpong Magsaysayanon: Kalipay kag Pagpalanga-anay Ipadayon”,
    scheduled on December 13, 2024 at 8 am in the morning. As an
    integral part of our community, we believe your presence will
    contribute to the festive atmosphere and strengthen the bond among
    residents.

    The event will feature various activities, including festive


    performances by our talented students, games, and a special
    celebration of the holiday season. We also plan to involve the
    community in our Family Day activities to promote a sense of
    togetherness and unity.

    Your participation in this joyous occasion is highly valued, and we


    believe that your presence will add to the warmth and cheer of the
    celebration. We kindly request a representative from your good
    Barangay Damutan Council to join us in commemorating this special
    occasion.

    Please let us know if you will be able to attend, and if so, the
    number of representatives who will join us. Your confirmation will
    greatly assist us in making the necessary arrangements for a
    memorable and enjoyable event.
