1. Issue notice to the Union of India, Registrar, Lokpal of India
and the complainant, returnable on 18.03.2025 at 10.30 a.m. 2. The Registrar concerned is directed to mask the identity of the complainant and serve notice upon the complainant through the Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court, where the complainant resides. 3. In the meantime there shall be stay of the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by the Lokpal of India in Complaint No.05/2025. 4. We injunct the complainant from disclosing the name of the Hon’ble Judge against whom he has filed the complaint.
