About the Role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about Artificial
Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and eager to develop their skills in Python,
Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV),
Generative AI, and system design.

Eligibility Criteria
▪ Qualification: B.tech (CSE/IT/ECE), M.tech , MCA , BCA , MSC IT
▪ No Active Backlogs
▪ Passing out year: - 2025
▪ 60% throughout the career

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA’s)
▪ Collaborate with key stakeholders, business partners, and research teams to understand business problems
and translate them into technical solutions.
▪ Build decision-making models and propose solutions for defined business challenges.
▪ Develop data science products and solutions for clients using cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
▪ Identify innovative approaches to build and curate high-quality training datasets.
▪ Implement new statistical or mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis.
▪ Provide requirements and collaborate on developing analytic capabilities, platforms, and data pipelines.
▪ Train machine learning models, optimize hyperparameters, and validate performance.
▪ Enhance existing methodologies by developing new data sources, improving models, and fine-tuning
parameters.
▪ Work closely with data engineers to productionize machine learning models and ensure their scalability.
▪ Communicate insights, challenges, and recommendations effectively to relevant stakeholders.
▪ Adapt and improve existing business strategies based on data-driven recommendations.
▪ Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
▪ Research and develop statistical learning models to address complex data challenges.
▪ Lead and contribute to data science solutions from ideation to deployment.
▪ Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models and pipelines.

Desired Skills
▪ Strong foundation in Python programming and data manipulation.
▪ Basic understanding of ML/DL concepts and algorithms.
▪ Familiarity with core concepts in NLP, CV, and generative AI.
▪ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
▪ Enthusiasm to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and scalable systems
Other Additional Skills (Good to have)
▪ Have knowledge of Pyspark and Databricks.
▪ Have knowledge of MLOps.
▪ Knowledge of any cloud platform preferably Azure.
▪ Knowledge of Time Series Analytics.
▪ Knowledge of Deep Learning concepts.
