Daily Meeting Agenda
23 Feb 2025 Day 06

AA. Safety:
1. Normal Daily safety/productions meetings will be held every day at 09:00:00 h, duration 30 min
2. Master to be updated with Weather Forecast daily!
3. No job is allowed commencing without signed Work Permit by DD Superintendent and SRM.
4. All working areas must be maintained clean tide by Trades and Ship’s Staff.
5. Cleaning Main deck from the accumulated grit – daily!

BB. Production:
1. SRM – JB2 Repair Plan. High importance!
2. Sten tube & intermediate bearings:
➢ Calibration before and after polishing ( both brgs.)
➢ Calibration and Activation alarm of the temp. sensor ( stern tube brg )
➢ Cleaning & air blow of the Stern tube – Inspection with clean rags by CE or 2E before pushing up of the Tail
shaft. Relevant photos by the crew!
3. Hot well cleaning / inspection – expedite for Scope of work confirmation.
4. Gaskets for Bunker tanks covers.
5. Rudder Upper pintle Plug – tread test failed.
6. PR Void space Plug – renewal.
7. DB MGO tanks bottom Plugs Removal for inspection.
8. Accommodation ladder Sheeves – vessel to check for spares.
9. Funnel casing FWD wall – Plate inserts.
10. Accommodation block (S) El. Engineer cabin – holed.
11. PR Fan (S) Impeller Hub cracked – new to be fabricated.
12. ER Fan # 2 – Impeller Blades cracked and missing pieces – repair.
13. Main pipelines pressure test – Status.
14. Rudder & Rudder trunk – Plate insert, Cooling pipe & supports!
15. Calibration report from Anchor and Anchor chain stud’s gap! High importance!
16. COTs Bellmount suction area to be cleaned – High importance!
17. ME Pistons / Cylinder liners removal – Please expedite.
18. Accommodation Scupper pipes – Not ID to the yard!
19. Lifeboat davits.
20. Mast Riser.
21. Removed Winches and windlasses – blasting painting the area.
22. COPT cover, flange – vulcanizing in situ.
23. Hull stress monitoring system – 8 Plates with Studs SS material to be fabricated as per provided sample. URGENT
24. Conduit pipes / boxes for repair – Piping to ID all the required for repair pipes and boxes (Cold repair).
25. EGB Soot blowers – status.
26. EGB C & U bends / pipe – Status
27. Mooring Winches & Windlasses
➢ Wires removed – Stored in the dirt and water! To shifted on clean dry place after thoroughly cleaned!
➢ Brake lining removal – Status.
➢ Hydraulic Brake system ( windlasses) – Not attended!
28. VRCS – Yard to arrange testing / adjustment of all valves – pls expedite.
29. ER Pipes for inspection / renewal – Iskandar Shipscan.
30. PR BWTS system pipes for inspection – Iskandar Shipscan!
31. Cargo Manifold P & S – Cargo Lines & Bunker lines pipes to be removed for blasting and repair – Last section,
32. Spare Propeller to be removed for stowage area treatment. Securing Plates to be sent for Blasting, steel repair &
painting.
33. Central FW / LT cooler plates removed for manual cleaning – job progress.
34. Main Engine Repairs - all unit’s overhaul – Very slow progress.
35. ME Cracked Top Bracing I-beams – Yard to fabricate New following Maker Material specifications! High importance!

36. ER & PR Overboard valves – status.
37. Overboard Distance pieces renewal – status.
38. Slop P & S – top tank coating.
39. Heating coils ROT leaking – Status.
40. X-Over pipe in ER – status.
41. Sewage holding tank steel work.
42. El. Motors removal – status.
43. Steering gear repair - status.
44. Provision Cranes & HH Cranes repair – status.
45. IG Scrubber – demister, sections, bottom pipe.
46. ER All Exhaust Gas Bellows – remove insulation for inspection.
47. Requested UT gauging QC from yard. Scope of work:
➢ Overboard Distance pieces – High priority - Completed, pls provide the report.
➢ Winches & Windlasses Gear box bottom plate – UT gauging, Blasting and Ceramic coating application - Pending!
➢ Chain lockers – Completed, pls provide the report.
➢ ETAs (Fwd & Aft) MPI - Completed, pls provide the report.
➢ ER Cross over pipe & Branches - Completed, pls provide the report.
➢ ER / PR Sea chests & Strainers bodies – Pending!
➢ Chain Stopers MPI – Pending!
➢ PR Penetration pipes – Cargo & Ballast – Pending!
➢ Deck hydraulic machinery pipes penetrations - Pending!
➢ Bunker lines penetrations - Pending!
➢ All Ballast tanks Steel penetration pipes from Ballast Water system - Pending!
48. Both windlasses Gypcy– MPI and grinding!
49. Chain stoppers Rollers / Guillotines – to be removed to WS for calibration & repair.
50. Defective Ballast, Cargo Valves – Master / CO to submit report for operational status & list of the required repair
items.
51. Tank cleaning machines for overhauling ( 14 off ) – 8 off remaining.
52. Deck seal and PV breaker – Job ID completed - status.
53. Spare Cargo reducers to be removed for blasting painting.
54. EGB Soot collecting tank – Bottom plate renewal.

CC. Ship Staff:


1. LR Class CMS jobs to be discussed with the attending surveyor Mr. Vivek and prepared for crediting.
2. Daily Work reports / updates with Photos:
➢ Deck ( master / C/O)
➢ Engine (CE / 2E)
➢ Mechanical shop ( Add CE / Add 2E)
➢ Electrical & Electrical Repair Shop ( EE & Add EE)
3. Bar chart to be updated daily.
4. All equipment immobilization, securing, testing, final inspections, commissioning and operation are the ship’s staff duties
& responsibilities.
5. Constant assistance and supervision of the work with the attending Service Engineers, Yard and Contractors.
6. Main Engine activities ‘on board’ and ‘in workshop’ must be carried out in the presence of C/E / 2/E!
7. Crew list to be updated and provided along with manoeuvring timing during all DD activities.
8. HSE check list to be maintained & copy of completed to be sent to DD supt. regularly.

All Condition reports, Calibration, Repair reports & Certificates for the completed job to be submitted to undersigned, as soon as
completed! Please avoid delays!
