Infantry Forces Division of Europa

(IFDE) Tryout Script

🔹 Introduction & Briefing
Officer:
"Attention, recruits! Welcome to the Infantry Forces Division of Europa tryouts. You stand
here today because you seek to join an elite force built on discipline, skill, and unwavering
dedication. This is not a casual enlistment—only those who prove their worth will be
accepted."

"Throughout this tryout, you will be tested on your combat skills, discipline, and ability to
follow orders. Your physical endurance, tactical awareness, and mental resilience will
determine if you have what it takes. There is no room for hesitation or failure."

"Do you understand?"

✅ (Wait for recruits to respond with 'Yes, sir!')

Officer:
"Good. Stay focused, follow my instructions precisely, and prove that you belong here. Let’s
begin."

🔹 Physical Endurance Test

Officer:
"A soldier must be physically prepared for the toughest conditions. You will now undergo a
series of endurance tests to assess your fitness level. If you cannot keep up, you are not
ready for the IFDE."

Instructions:
1. Jumping Jacks: Complete the required number of jumping jacks in a set amount of time.
2. Obstacle Course: Navigate through a designated course efficiently, showing agility and
stamina.

Officer:
"Recruits, form a line. You will complete each task one by one. Give it everything you’ve
got!"

(Observe and take notes on speed, stamina, and effort.)

🔹 Tactical & Combat Assessment
Officer:
"Combat effectiveness is a key part of the IFDE. You will be tested on your ability to handle
weapons, follow tactical maneuvers, and work as a unit."

Instructions:
1. Marksmanship Test: Hit designated targets with precision.
2. Cover & Movement Drill: Demonstrate ability to advance under fire.
3. Hand-to-Hand Combat: Show proficiency in controlled sparring.
4. Team Coordination: Work with your assigned group in a simulated combat scenario.

Officer:
"Weapons ready. Maintain control, follow orders, and execute with precision. Begin!"

(Observe accuracy, reaction time, and teamwork.)

🔹 Discipline & Inspection

Officer:
"A soldier’s discipline is what separates a fighter from a warrior. You will now be inspected
for uniform readiness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to protocol."

Instructions:
1. Uniform Check: Proper attire with no unauthorized modifications.
2. Weapon & Gear Inspection: Clean, maintained, and combat-ready.
3. Formation & Response: Stand at attention, follow commands without hesitation.

Officer:
"Eyes forward. No movement. I will inspect each of you individually. If you fail, you will not
proceed further."

(Conduct individual inspections, checking for attention to detail and discipline.)

🔹 Final Evaluation & Results

Officer:
"The tryouts are now complete. Some of you have proven yourselves worthy, while others
have fallen short. Those who have passed will be notified and will proceed to further
training. If you did not meet the standards, you are dismissed. Train harder and return
when you are ready."

✅ Passing Recruits:
"Congratulations. You have demonstrated the discipline and skills required for the IFDE.
Welcome to the Infantry Forces Division of Europa. Report to your assigned officer for
further orders."

❌ Failing Recruits:
"You were not ready for the IFDE. This division has no place for weakness. Train harder and
return if you wish to try again. Dismissed."

🔹 End of Tryout
Officer:
"That concludes the tryouts. Those who remain, prepare for your next orders. Dismissed!"
