• A fetch (pull) is defined as a call to the Comprehensive API for a company or an LLP. The first fetch
(pull) will be charged as per the above pricing grid (Asset Creation).
• 12 additional fetches of the same company or LLP within 365 days (1 year) of the first fetch will not
be charged. Subsequent Comprehensive API calls (Exceeding 12 Comprehensive fetches) during the
year will incur an additional charge of ₹ 150 + taxes per Comprehensive API call.
• This price also covers 2 Free update API calls of the company / LLP during the year. i.e.,
Comprehensive details of a company or LLP can be updated twice a year (2 Update Calls) without
incurring any additional charges.
• Subsequent Update API calls (Exceeding 2 Update Calls i.e. “Billable Update”) during the year are
billable and it will incur an API update charge as per the pricing grid below:

Every data object returned via Probe API comes with a date-stamp – the date at which
the information for a particular company was last updated. Data Status API can be
used to review this date-stamp. If the user is not satisfied with the freshness of the
base / comprehensive details, a data update request can be made.
