Management System
1.0 Rationale:
This project on hotel management system is a general software developed (using python) to
simplify hotel operations by automating them. It covers major aspects of hotel management it
could perform the following operations- menu card , billing and record keeping

2.0 Aims of Micro project:

The project aims at developing a Hotel management System using python Program which can
be used in hotel

3.0 Course outcomes Achieved:

a) Develop ‘python’ program using conditional statement


b) Develop / use function in python program for modular programming approach.
c) Develop ‘python’ program using looping statement

4.0 Literature Review:

We are developing micro project in group on the topic hotel management. Then start to write
code for the program using python. We developed the code using different arithmetic
expressions, conditional statement and looping statement. We used functions in python
program for modular programming approach.
so we will add new item for each quantity and varieties as our project is on hotel management
We will also use data types like int, float etc. Then we will use basic input output statements
like print etc.
We will also use for loop. In this way we will successfully complete our project.

5.0 Actual Methodology Followed:

1) We will prepare micro-project sixth is subject in group.


2) Then searched Project Topics. We searched the 4titles and show the title so four
project to our project guide.

3) Then Discussed and selected one of them named as “hotel management System”.
4) After that we searched the information about the Project title.
5) We shown it to our project Guide. Then we read it and studied it.
6) After that we started to designing a Algorithm. In that we had some queries regarding
our project.
7) Then we solved the queries and shown to our guide.
8) Then we obtained soft copy of our Project. We collected some formats f o r better
performance.
9) We prepared the Project Dairy and proposal. We completed our Project and showed to
our Respected Guide.
10) At the end, we submitted both project and project report along with the Dairy and Proposal.
