    ELECTRONIC DOOR LOCK MODEL: RD-01

    The electronic code lock (model: RD-01) uses 2 kinds of code:


    Master Code and User Code, the main function is following:

    Unlock by one group code or two group codes;


    Can store 9 different codes;
    Unit Alarms when the battery is low.
    It can be opened by outside power. (cable provided)
    Alarm if error code is entered five times continuously.
    1. INSTALLATION
    1.1 Diagram
    a) Handle (Left handle; Right handle)
    b) “S” key: Setup
    c) Green light indicator
    d) Socket for outside power (6V)
    e) Red light indicator
    f) Numeral key (0-9)
    g) “ON” key: unlock confirmation
    h) Reset key for Master code
    i) Function switch for
    Single group code/double group code

    1.2 Install the battery:


    See the fig.5: Put the attached screw driver into the hole, and press it, then the battery
    case can be drawn out. Four No AA 1.5V batteries are required and can be used for one
    year. When the voltage is less than 5V, the alarm will start sounding and the battery needs
    to be replaced within 10 days.

    1.3 Using outside power:


    In case the battery supply fails, it can be supported by the outside power of DC6V by the
    attaching the cable provided to the lock.

    2. OPERATION
    2.1 About the code:
    The Electronic Code Lock has 2 kinds of code: Master Code and User Code. The user
    code is used to open the lock, the master code is used to set up and cancel the user code.
    It can open the lock also. The master code always starts with a “0” digit, the user code is
    made up by any digit which begins with “1,2,3,…….9”. You can set up a user code upto
    12 digits long enabling millions of combinations.

    Change the master code:


    Turn the switch (9) to the position of “1”, Input the original master code “0123” and
    “ON”, then input the new code and “S” immediately when the red light indicator is on.
    e.g. Input “0123” “ON” “0181818” “S”, then the new master code becomes”0181818”.

    2.2 Reset the master code:


    If you forget the master code, press reset key (8), it will come back to the original code
    “0123”.

    2.3 Set up the user code:


    Input the master code and “ON”, then input the first group of new code and “S”, it will
    setup a new user code; You can then input second group of new code and “S”, it will
    setup two new user codes; In this way you can setup 9 groups of user codes.
    e.g. Input “0123” “ON” “1234” “S” “2255” “S”, it’ll be setup two groups of new code:
    “1234” and “2255”.

    2.4 Change the user code:


    Input the current user code and “ON”, Immediately when the red light indicator (5) is on,
    input a new user code and “S”, the new user code is set.
    e.g. Input the current user code “1234” “ON” “1555” “S”, now the user code becomes,
    “1555”.

    2.5 Cancel the user code:


    Input the master code and “ON”, and input “0000” “S”, All user codes are cancelled.
