I. RATIONALE
In accordance with the implementation of Republic Act No. 10533, also known as the Improve Basic Education Act 2013, the Department of Education. The
Learning Action Cell (LAC) of (DepEd) provides the enclosed policy as a K-12 Basic Education Program School Based Continuing Professional
Development Plan for Teaching and Learning Improvement

The BLACOL ELEMENTARY SCHOOLs School -Based Learning Cell (SLAC) is more concerned with the teaching and learning process., Teacher’s
Competency, efficacy, and efficiency in their teaching roles are developed during this time.

This gives instruction the chance to come together and discuss certain instructional issues and subject that impede learning across the curriculum, and it
supports them in implementing creative approaches that will improve their student skills and competencies.

This will provide them a chance to update their skills and learn the fundamental methods of 21 st century instruction that will meet the demands of millennial
and strengthen their ability to teach.

II. OBJECTIVES
a. To improve to pedagogical knowledge, abilities, and attitudes of instructions toward classroom education;
b. Enhancing instructors’ capacity to access students reading and numeracy abilities;
c. Enhance the teaching-learning process, which will result in better student learning;
d. Acquaint the teachers with the most recent techniques and methods for promoting 21 st century teaching -learning activities in the classroom
e. Improve teacher’s ideas to cases of inclusive classroom practices using the domains of the Filipino Whole Child Framework.
