The document outlines a calculation to determine the number of Sprints required to complete a product backlog. With a total backlog effort of 120 story points and a team velocity of 30 story points per Sprint, it is expected to take 4 Sprints to complete the backlog. The formula used is Number of Sprints = Total backlog effort / Team velocity.

Q1-Your team's product backlog has an estimated effort of 120 story points.

If your team's velocity from the last Sprint

was 30 story points, how many Sprints do you expect it will take to complete the backlog?

solution:-To find out how many sprints it will take to complete the backlog, divide the total backlog effort by the team's
velocity:

Number of Sprints = Total backlog effort / Team velocity

Given:

Total backlog effort: 120 story points

Team's velocity: 30 story points

Number of Sprints = 120 story points / 30 story points per sprint

Number of Sprints = 4 sprints

So, it's expected to take 4 sprints to complete the backlog.
