What Were Looking For: Your submission will be judged on the following: Personality, Articulation, Professionalism, Knowledge of Product and Technical Skill (you must have the equipment available to produce quality videos) How to Enter: Email glam@vivicafoxhair.com with your rst name, last name, street address, city, state, zip, phone number, email, address, date of birth, and a link to a YouTube video of yourself reviewing a hair care product and or wig, extensions or hair piece. Entries may be received beginning at Monday, June 4, 2012, 9 AM ET and must be received no later than Friday, July 27th, 2012 at 3PM ET.

OFFICIAL RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW. HOW TO ENTER: The Glam Ambassador Search is given by the Vivica A. Fox Hair Collection. Participation in the Glam Ambassador Search is subject to these O cial Rules and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. To enter the Search, email glam@vivicafoxhair.com with your rst name, last name, street address, city, state, zip, phone number, email, address, date of birth, and a link to a YouTube video of yourself reviewing a hair care product and or wig, extensions or hair piece. Submissions will be accepted beginning on June 4, 2012, 5PM ET and July 27th 2012 at 3PM ET. Winners will be announced July 30th, 2012 via the Vivica Fox Hair Collection website and social networking platforms. ENTRY DEADLINES: Entries may be received beginning at Monday, June 4, 2012, 5pm ET and must be received no later than Friday, July27, 2012 at 3PM ET. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be chosen based o of the following criteria: Personally, Articulation and Professionalism. The Vivica Fox Hair Collection reserves the right to change, modify or add to these criteria at any time without noti cation. In addition to the criteria listed, the Vivica Fox Hair Collection also reserves the right refuse and disqualify submissions regardless of whether or not the submission adheres to the general criteria stated. NOTIFICATION: Monday, July 30th, 2012 the Vivica Fox Hair Collection will announce the winners of the brand ambassador contest via its website and social networking platforms. The winner(s) will be selected among all eligible entrants, and will be tentatively declared the Winners, subject to eligibility con rmation and compliance with these rules and other regulations and guideline set forth by the Vivica Fox Hair Collection Brand Ambassador Program. The Winner(s) will be o cially be noti ed at the telephone number and or email address provided in the corresponding entry submissions. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS: The Glam Ambassador Brand Ambassador Search is open to legal U.S. citizens ages eighteen (18) and over at time of entry. Products will not be sent internationally. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winners will be required to adhere to the Vivica Fox Hair Collection Brand Ambassador Rule, Regulations and Guidelines. Winning does not guarantee acceptance into the Brand Ambassador Program. The Vivica Fox Hair Collection reserves the right to terminate your participation and/or revoke its decision. PROOF OF AGE, IDENTITY AND ELIGIBILITY: Winners, upon request of the Vivica Fox Hair Collection, must supply documented proof of age, identity and eligibility. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. The Vivica Fox Hair Collection reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Contest.
