business is what blood is to a living body. The inflow and outflow of cash never coincides. Due to non-synchronicity of cash inflow and outflow, the inflow may be more than the outflow or the outflow may be more than the inflow at a particular point of time. The primary aim of cash management is to ensure that there should be enough cash availability when the needs arises, not too much, but never too little and to analyse the cash flows from operating, investing and financing activities, To know the financial soundness of the company. Secondary data: It was mainly collected from P&L account, balance sheet,
reference books based on management accounting and financial management .Information that already exists somewhere, having been collected for another purpose. The major limitations of my study are as under. Limited Time : Although the staff of jesmajo industrial fabrications Pvt. Ltd. was very efficient and highly co-operative and devoted enough of their valuable time. Secrecy: Some of the information was kept confidential and was not disclosed to any person who so ever. Lack of Comparative Data : Due to non availability of other data we were not able to compare the data of one organization with other one. Inspire of these difficulties we still put our best efforts to try to do the full justice subject matter and in completion of the report.
