The Gilboa, a new series of military-grade firearms made in Israel, is produced using cutting-edge manufacturing techniques with the purpose of improving the well-known and proven system platform. The Gilboa series is manufactured by Silver Shadow, an authorized Israeli weapon manufacturer. Our R&D laboratory utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and its personnel consists of leading Israeli firearms designers. With a combined experience spanning many decades, our R&D team specializes in military firearms design and customized solutions for special operations units. This technological experience is further enhanced by the operational backgrounds of our senior executives and employees, who served in the IDF, Israel Police and various government agencies. The Gilboa AR is superior to other assault rifles due to its exceptional specifications. The improved chassis significantly enhances the weapons reliability and durability under the harshest field conditions.
The upper and lower receivers of the Gilboa AR are fully machined from solid aircraft aluminum alloy billet (7075-T6) and then hard anodized to ensure a stronger, more durable firearm with no dimensional inconsistencies. The Gilboa series is being produced by operators, for operators, so it comes fitted with ambidextrous selector, magazine release and charging handle as standard. The flat top platform with standard size Picatinny rails enables mounting of various optics, lasers and other tactical accessories. The Gilboa firearms are compatible with US and NATO standard mounts and equipment. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified for the development, design and manufacture of firearms. The Gilboa series firearms were tested using methods exceeding standard military testing methods. All of the parts are military standard compliant and undergo strict QA inspections. The Gilboa family offers various models and configurations to best serve our clients. Our current range includes standard gas impingent systems; piston driven systems; sub-size weapons; semi-auto weapons and more. The proprietary gas-piston system of the Gilboa series was developed especially to enable cleaner and cooler running of the firearm under extreme conditions. The firearms in the Gilboa series are available in various calibers: 5.56x45mm; .223; 7.62x39mm; 7.62x51mm; .308 and 9mm Para.

Gilboa 7 Shorty Gilboa 5.7 Micro

The Short Barrel Rifles (SBR) in the Gilboa series had their gas system optimized and balanced in order to lower operating temperatures for improved reliability. The Shorty and Micro models were developed specifically for military and law enforcement professionals who need compact weapons with the firepower of a full-size carbine. These rifles can be ordered with impingent systems or piston systems. The subsize weapons are fitted with a proprietary gas cooling system. Gilboa APR (Assault Pistol Rifle)

The APR Assault Pistol Rifle is a revolutionary new firearm designed specifically for CQB and other typical close-range combat situations in which law enforcement and military personnel may become involved. This ultra-compact firearm combines the benefits of both the assault rifle and the pistol. The APR fires all types of 5.56mm ammunition using standard M4/M16 magazines. It may be manufactured to fire semi-auto or selective semi-auto / full auto. The folding stock of the APR enables rifle style shoulder firing. A quick detachment lever allows the user to remove the stock to enable handgun style firing single or two-handed. The APR incorporates several new patented design innovations, notably in its gas system and recoil spring. The proprietary gas system allows the weapon to run cleaner and cooler for superior reliability and handling. The Gilboa Snake was designed to deliver twice the firepower in any caliber. The features of the Gilboa Snake enable operators to accurately deliver two rounds into a target without the delay of cycling and the felt recoil which make double taps difficult to group. The Gilboa Snake will allow faster traversing between multiple targets by delivering two rounds with each trigger pull. The Gilboa DMR is based on the same hard-running platform of the Gilboa assault rifle. The DMR is a heavily modified Gilboa-series automatic rifle, designed specifically for increased accuracy over range, thereby providing military and law enforcement operators with a significant tactical advantage. The DMR is fitted with a heavy match barrel for better harmonics and has a 1:7 twist to allow the use of heavier projectiles. The Gilboa Savannah .223 rifle is a bolt action rifle for hunters on the move. This extremely lightweight, accurate and durable rifle provides all the power and accuracy of the .223 cartridge while keeping weight to a minimum. The Savannah bolt action rifle is fed by 10, 20 or 30 round magazines and will also accept any standard AR15 type magazine.
