    Rc. No. 1/2012-2013 Dated : 27.06.2012 Sub :- District Common Examination Board -Kadapa - Academic Year 2012-13, Strength particulars - Called for - Academic programme for the year of 2012-13 circulated.

    All the Headmasters of Secondary Schools and Upper Primary Schools under all management's in the Kadapa District are requested to send the strength particulars of their institutions (Medium wise) in prescribed proforma supplied to them as on 15.07.2012 to facilitate the calculation of number of question papers required for conduct of Quarterly Examinations to be held in Sept.2012. They are further requested to send their contribution to the board on the basis of strength as on 15.07.2012 to the Secretary, DCEB, Kadapa. The amount may kindly be sent by DD in favour of "Secretary, (DCEB) District Common Examination board, Kadapa" or by cash.

    RATES OF CONTRIBUTION PER PUPIL FOR ALL MEDIUMS


    1. 2. Govt., Z.P., Municipal &Aided Schools For Classes IX to X : Rs. 35.00 Unaided Recognised Schools VI to VII -Rs. 30.00, VIII to X Rs. 35.00

    They are further requested to pay the arrears if any to the Board immediately. For any academic year if any school has arrears to the Board the concerned Headmasters will be held responsible for such payments. Such cases will be reported to their management's concerned not to recommend proposals of PF, FBF, GIS to any Headmaster at the time of his / her retirement until the retired Head Master produces NO DUES CERTIFICATE from the DCEB. All the heads of the English Medium Schools, Urdu Medium Schools, Oriental Schools and Schools with Urdu and Sanskrit sections are requested to take special care to furnish the correct strength particulars. The heads of the institutions are requested to furnish postal pin code No. of their villages or town without fail and also their residential and office phone numbers and Mobile
    numbers.

    :: 2 :: NOTE :1. 2. All the schools should invariably work not less than 22O days All the heads of the institutions are empowered to declare 3 local holidays for local importance and 5 optional holidays declared in the list of holidays. They may utilize for the festivals not shown in the list and for any unexpected happenings. Such holidays should be intimated to the respective management's and to the District Educational Officer, Kadapa without failand also to their Deputy Educational Officers concerned respectively. Attendance should be taken upto the last working day. i.e., 23.04.2013 for all classes except X class for the purpose of promotion. In the case of X class, attendance should be taken up to the day before the commencement of X class Public Examination or upto 15.03.2013 which ever is earlier should be taken into account while promoting to higher classes.

    Mass drill should be conducted on every Friday for at least 20 minutes in the evening. All teachers should be present and help the PETs participation periods should be taken up by the PETs in the evening after school hours at least 30 minutes. 5. Scouting is compulsory in all schools. 6. Participation in the District Science Fair Inspaire awards exhibition and Environmental Exhibition are must for every institution. The date given for terminal Examinations and SSC Preparatory Exams are only tentative. Exact dates will be communicated from time to time. 7. A minimum of Four tests and Eight assignments should be conducted in all schools by themselves for all classes. 8. One composition in all languages for a month should be conducted and corrected. 9. The pupils should be made to re-write the corrected composition. 10. Re-opening day for the academic year 2013-2014 is 12.06.2013. 11. The Headmasters are requested to conduct atleast 10 assignments.
