    7.Debugging and maintenance


    Debugging
    1.Preparing work:
    1).check water-quality, water-flow volume, water pressure.
    It is forbade to start the water pump through the
    main unit before the water system has been
    installed well.
    2). Max.water-flow volume(Open all of the water valve to
    the max opening degree)
    3).Wiring,system structure

    2.Test running
    1). Start the units by the LCD touch-screen, if there are
    malfunction occurs, please eliminate the malfunction
    before starting the units.
    2). After the 30 minutes test running and the temperature of
    inlet and outlet are stable, adjust the water-flow volume
    to nominal value, and ensure the system work normally.
    3). After the units operated, it is recommended to adjust the
    water flow volume according to the operation current,
    pressure, water system pressure, water-flow volume and
    other parameters and real requirement to make sure the
    unit can work well.

    4). According to the real climate condition and refer to the


    usage manual, optimize the units parameter setting,
    and make the unit work in the best condition.
    5). Please wait 4 minutes to restart the units after the
    system stopped in order to avoid the system on/off so
    frequent.
