Message Transfer Part Level 3 (MTP3) Measurement is

used to measure the MTP3 link.
LAPD Measurement is used to measure the basic

signaling process and the traffic volume on the Abis
and Pb interfaces

CPU usage of the BSC boards and the GBAM.
If the CPU usage reaches 80% occasionally does not

necessarily mean that the BSC is faulty.
If the CPU usage is high for a long time, exceed the

buffer ability. The BSC will abandon new service
requests.
After a board or the GBAM runs for 30 seconds, the BSC

measures the CPU usage every second and accumulate.

Measurement
BTSM Measurement - Base Transceiver Station Management

(BTSM) measurement is used to measure the state of the
BTS, cell, and TRX, and link communication state between
the BSC and the BTS.
Resources Measurement is used to measure the state of
circuits on the A interface, Pb interface, and Ater interface,
and the TC resources.
MSC Measurement is used to measure the number of MSC
resets and the number of messages that the BSC receives
from the MSC.
Cell Broadcast Center (CBC) measurement refers to the
measurement of the reception of cell broadcast data and the
response of the BSC to the data.
PCU Measurement is used to measure the number of
messages that the BSC receives from the PCU.
