The document discusses unit rates for various construction works including brick masonry, block masonry and pipe laying. It provides details on the quantity of materials required, labor involved and outputs.

The different types of bonds mentioned are stretcher bond, English bond, Flemish bond and header bond. Stretcher bond is used for half brick thick walls while the others are used for one brick thick walls.

The two types of facing bricks mentioned are wire cut bricks and batik bricks. These bricks are exposed and the walls are not plastered.

Plumbing
Elbows and bends used to change the directions.
Bends are in different angles but elbows are only in 90 and it has a
sudden

change.

Bends can be used in smooth floor.

Tees are used to distribute two ways at once.
Reducers or enlargers are used to change the speed of the water.
Water services should be measured under plumbing, if it is below or
above

ground.

End caps are use to close the pipes.
