the cable connector of the RF unit or peer device may be improperly installed, or the cable is faulty.
The RF unit or peer device malfunctions, or the hardware is faulty.
the inter-BBU connections are abnormal or the optical module used for inter-BBU connection is faulty.
Procedure:
Check for the correlated alarm on the M2000.
Check the cable connections on the CPRI electrical port of the RF unit on site.
Check the cable connections on the CPRI port of the current-level RF unit on site.
Remove and reinstall the cable on the CPRI electrical port of the current-level RF unit and the peer device.
Replace the cable on the CPRI electrical port.
Remove the connector from the optical module of the current-level RF unit. Clean the connector by using absolute alcohol. Then, reinstall the connector to the
Procedure:
Check the VSWR alarm thresholds remotely.
Reset the TRX remotely.
Check the frequency band used by the RF unit and antenna components.
Check the antenna VSWR (With VSWR Tester).
Check whether a combiner is used.
Reset the RF unit on site.
Replace the RF unit on site.
The antenna system usually has the following components: antenna, feeder, jumper, combiner and splitter, 3 dB hybrider, directional coupler, filter, towermounted amplifier (TMA), and BIAS TEE.
Procedure:
Check the VSWR alarm thresholds remotely.
Reset the duplexer unit and TRX remotely.
Check the frequency bands used by the duplexer unit and antenna components.
Check the antenna VSWR (With VSWR Tester).
Check whether a combiner is used.
Reset the duplexer unit and TRX on site.
Replace the RF unit on site.
To clear the alarm with No Traffic on TRX, Check for correlated alarms (hardware alarms, transmission alarms, and clock alarms), view the status
of the Cell Bar Access and Cell Bar Qualify switches. If both the switches are YES, change them to NO, If the TRX is not configured with either the
SDCCH or TCH, set the channel type of one of the TRX's timeslots to SDCCH or TCH, If the uplink and downlink channels for the site are connected
to a tower-mounted amplifier (TMA) or repeater, check whether the working frequency on the tower-mounted amplifier or repeater is the same as
that on the BTS side, Reset the TRX module, Perform a level-4 BTS reset.
To clear the alarm with Uplink and Downlink Imbalance, High Call Drop Rate, Bad Uplink Quality, or Bad Downlink Quality, Check for correlated
alarms (hardware alarms related to transmission or clock and antenna alarms), check for internal and external interference, Check the
connections between the TRX module and the jumper, Reset the TRX module, Perform a level-4 BTS reset, Check for antenna faults, Replace the
faulty TRX module, Switch the antenna system.
BTS3012: Test the input voltage of the lighting protection module of the power supply to see whether it is normal (normal range: from -40V to -60V), Test the
voltages of the lighting protection module of the power supply, EMI filter, BusBar power switch, and the corresponding air-break switch to check whether there is
any contact problem, and replace the faulty equipment.
BTS3012AE: Test the voltage at the BUSBAR power switch, Test whether the voltage at the BUSBAR power switch is normal (normal range: from -40V to -60V)
and see whether there is any contact problem.
BTS3006C: Test the voltage at the power switch, Test whether the voltage at the power switch is normal (normal range: from -40V to -60V) and see whether
there is any contact problem.

Attribute=Normal.
Possible Causes:
The single-phase AC mains supply is input to the PMU. The PMU internal power monitoring module monitors
the AC voltage. This alarm will be generated when the voltage is lower than 50 V.
Procedure:
check whether the AC power supply is abnormal, and Contact the power supply department to rectify the
