• Once you fill the Form, you need to take a print and then attest a
Photograph (In College Uniform) on the Student Detail Form.
• The last date to submit the forms is 16th August 2010. strict action
would be taken against the student who fail to submit the said forms
by the stipulated date.
• The student will have to get the Business card of the External Guide
and the HR of the organization.
Performance Evaluation Form
• The client (Project External Guide) has to mark the item which most
nearly describes the candidate’s performance based on the experience
they had during his project.
