Problems To Solve
Conventional way include use of paper.
Sharing of time table is difficult for both students
and teacher.
Making changes and reflecting them is difficult.
Students are unable to access schedule of teacher
easily.
Getting data of free rooms and labs for use in
placement drives is done manually.
Backing up is difficult and laborious.
Current Solutions
Storing the data of time table in a database.
Making applications to display the time table with
simple and easier to use UI.
Making applications which will make sharing and
accessing easier.
Using the concepts of query in database to derive
required results instead of doing it manually.
Our Project Aim
To Digitalize the current system of time table used
in our college by developing an Android
Application and a Java Application which will
display the Time-Table in a user specific way i.e.
different views, options and actions for students and
teachers.
To create a database for storing the data of the
time table which will help in maintaining and
updating the time table easily and with less manual
work.

Technologies We Used
Database Management System (DBMS) to store the
data of time-table.
SQL to query the tables stored in database.
Ionic (Since we are developing a cross platform
application).

Can be widely used in our college, another colleges
and schools for maintaining and displaying their
time-tables.
Will make the analysis and reading of Time table
easy.
Will Digitalize the old Time table system.
Will make accessing and sharing the time table
simpler.
Will reduce the manual work involved in deriving
data from time table.
