1. Validity Date of this Quotation: The above quotation and terms will be expired in 30 days and
subject to our final confirmation, no taxes included in the quote.
2. Trade Term: Jakarta price without VAT and without frame structure
3. Payment term: 40% T/T in advance and balance before delivery from factory.
4. Delivery time: Produce time is about 20-25 working days after 40% advance payment.
And after receiving all balance, the goods can be arrived within one month
5. Quality warranty: Two years quality warranty of LED module and One year warranty for control
system and power supply; after two years warranty, we will charge reasonable cost.
6. Training and support: You can send your engineers who have knowledge of electronics and
information to our jakarta office or shenzhen factory and we provide free technical training
which contains training of installing and operate etc. We also offer the instruction manual,
software, test report, drawing steel structure and so on.if you need our engineer go to your
office and do the trainning and technical support,in jakarta,the cost is 100usd/day per person
and if outside of jakarta,the cost is 150usd/day per person and you also need pay the two-way
tickets and accommodation
