F, a female teenager, visits your pharmacy and complains to have nausea and
burning feeling in the ribcage and esophagus. She sometimes feels bloated and pain
in the stomach.

R/ Ranitidin tab 150 mg XIV

Pro: F (17 yo)

The patient is diagnosed with GERD by doctor.


She was frequently consuming mefenamic acid to reduce the migraine while having
menstruation.
The patient has ulcus peptic and has undergo a triple therapy.

 Give recommendation to the doctor to give omeprazol instead
ranitidin for 2 months.
 Lowering the vometa dose
