• Advertisement of breast milk substitutes have
stopped in media

• Added Rules and regulation have been formulated

• Policy on infant feeding in emergency is in place

• After Oct. 8th 2005, earth quake the MOH set


guidelines and policies on breastfeeding in
emergencies especially on donation of breast milk
substitute

• Standardized of IEC Material in process

• LHW Program, an outreach program, Consisting of
