cakes for Waitrose, Selfridges, Harrods, Sainsbury’s and Le Bon Marché, Paris.

•She learned to make cakes from her mother at the age of 10, later learning at Petite Cuisine school with Lyn Hall then with
Nick Gill. Thus she became a perfectionist in the art of cakes.

•After she made a batch of miniature Christmas cakes for her friends on a skiiping trip , her husband suggested to set up a
business as in that time there wasn’t anything like them on the market. That was where it all began and she still make
miniature fruits cakes.

•The designs she made are very much driven by the seasons as well as fashion trends. Though the design are quite unique for
the clients.

•She also released the he books Bake & Decorate and The Birthday Cake Book.

•Fiona and her talented team create not only the most delicious but beautifully hand crafted bakery products.
